- Are you insured and bonded?
- Yes! Jersey Cleans is fully insured and bonded for your protection and peace of mind. All our team members are background-checked and professionally trained.
- Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
- Not necessarily. Many clients prefer to be away during cleaning. As long as we have access to your property and any specific instructions, we can work while you're away. For first-time clients, we recommend being present for the initial walkthrough.
- What if I'm not satisfied with the cleaning?
- We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with any aspect of our service, we'll return within 24 hours to address it at no additional charge.
- Do you provide cleaning supplies and equipment?
- Yes! We bring all professional-grade equipment and eco-friendly cleaning products. You don't need to provide anything unless you have specific product preferences.
- How do I schedule a cleaning?

- How long does whole house cleaning take?
- Typically 3-6 hours depending on home size and condition. Larger homes or very cluttered spaces may take longer. We'll provide an estimate during your consultation.
- How long does carpet cleaning take?
- Most carpets take 2-4 hours to clean depending on the size and number of rooms. Drying time is typically 6-12 hours with proper ventilation.
- How often should gutters be cleaned?
- Most homes need gutter cleaning at least twice a year - spring and fall. Homes with many trees may need quarterly cleaning to prevent clogs and water damage.
- How often should dryer vents be cleaned?
- We recommend annual dryer vent cleaning for most households. If you do multiple loads per day or have a large family, you may benefit from cleaning every 6 months.
- How often should I pressure wash my home?
- Most homes benefit from annual pressure washing. Homes in humid areas or with heavy tree coverage may need cleaning twice a year to prevent mold and algae buildup.
- Should I clean before you arrive?
- We recommend light tidying (putting away clutter, toys, dishes) so we can focus on deep cleaning rather than organizing. But it's not required - we'll work with whatever condition your home is in!
- Do you move furniture?
- We'll work around furniture and clean accessible areas. For carpet cleaning or deep cleaning, we can move light furniture. If you'd like heavy furniture moved, please let us know in advance.
- Do you clean inside cabinets and closets?
- Interior cabinets and closets are not included in standard cleaning but can be added as an optional service. Just let us know what you need!
- Will pressure washing damage my siding?
- No, when done correctly. We use appropriate pressure levels for each surface - soft washing for delicate siding and higher pressure only for durable surfaces like concrete and pavers.
- Can I schedule recurring cleaning service?
- Absolutely! Many customers prefer weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly service. Recurring customers receive discounted rates and priority scheduling.

- What's included in office cleaning?
- Standard office cleaning includes desk and surface cleaning, floor vacuuming and mopping, restroom sanitization, trash removal, kitchen/break room cleaning, and dusting. We can customize based on your needs.
- Do you sign service contracts?
- We offer both contract-based and flexible month-to-month service agreements. We'll work with you to find the arrangement that best suits your business needs.
- How long does commercial pressure washing take?
- It varies by project size. A typical parking lot or storefront takes 2-4 hours. Larger commercial properties may take a full day. We'll provide a time estimate with your quote.

- You can walk on carpets immediately if needed, but we recommend waiting until they're dry (6-12 hours) for best results. We provide booties if you need to walk on damp carpets.
