Residential Cleaning Technician
Responsibilities:
- Perform professional cleaning services in residential homes
- Follow cleaning checklists and quality standards
- Provide excellent customer service
- Safely operate cleaning equipment
- Maintain professional appearance and conduct
Requirements: Reliable transportation, attention to detail, customer service skills
Commercial Cleaning Technician
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain commercial facilities (offices, retail, etc.)
- Perform after-hours and weekend cleaning as needed
- Follow safety protocols and building security procedures
- Maintain equipment and supplies
Requirements: Flexible schedule, reliability, ability to work independently
Exterior Cleaning Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Perform pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and exterior services
- Safely operate specialized equipment (pressure washers, ladders)
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Follow safety protocols for working at heights
Requirements: Physical fitness, comfort with heights, equipment experience preferred
